French Open: Men’s Final: Nadal vs. Puerta

Fell asleep for the 2nd and 3rd sets but woke up for the action packed last set! what a great match! They were both so great! It’s so relaxing watching tennis. I’m still sort of jet lagged and I sprained my ankle stepping off the curb wrong in Seville. So I was more than happy to take a cat nap in front of the TV. Something about the sound of the ball being hit back and forth is hypnotic and it makes me fall asleep, and I also have the most relaxing dreams. It’s a kind of “half-sleep” that feels very restorative. I am listening to the Police “Does Everyone Stare” and trying to formulate my plan of attack on the day. I wish my foot felt better because watching the tennis got me all revved up to play, but sometimes you eat the bar as the proverb goes. A lot of the old Police stuff is great, but some of it is terrible. I guess everybody is truly human…the song that i’m listening to now, something about “gazing into the visions the night” is like a Iron Maiden out-take.

  1. Hey DT-
I love picturing you sleeping in front of a Spainish television.
Are you all recording yet or just touring?
Hey have you heard Aqualung? I think you would like them.

Hello to Senor Hags and Marc.
