Sunday June 24 2007

Woke early, and had breakfast with the gang, and Mary Jane and Chris took me to the ferry. Eulene’s good friend Karen (”K.K.”) was on the boat, and we figured out we were on the same flights and everything, so we kind of hung out, and it was a nice day. We went to T. G. I. Fridays in the airport, and sat at the bar and had bloody marys and some food. I actually slept quite a bit on both flights. My dad picked me up and we went to Pizza Perfect, and I was totally in the mood for pizza. Mom seems sort of out of it and her poor arm is in a sling! Home and did laundry and re-packed and tomorrow i’m off to New York. Forgot Posh’s bed at Hopkins, so I let her sleep with me, and she was tossing and turning all night like a restless child. arg.

  1. Damn, I wish I could have been in NY for the Bees gig. I maybe could have met you and Josh Rouse! That would have been the biggest hoot for me. Your blog(life) reads like an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel or short story. It’s really fun to read, and even cooler that you live a life like that. Hope I can see a Bees and Josh Rouse gig someday. Until then, cheers and good luck!

  3. Hi, Daniel…I’ve always been curious about these web blogs. I love to journal, but I think I am more parts private and paranoid (hence my nickname “Kerrinoia”; you must ask Eulene about that) than I am open and out there. But yes, it was a lovely day of travel with you! Sounds like your trip to NYC was fun and productive and successful; good.

Please let me know when you’re playing in our fair city…would love to catch you.

Also…there are so many movies out there these days! Let’s solve more of the world’s problems and completely pick apart a movie…lighting, dialogue, set design, costumes, etc.

I hope you are well, and that your Mom is healing nicely…thanks again for your company on Sunday after the wedding, and the lovely lunch. KK
